1. What FrameVow is

FrameVow is an AI photo studio: you upload reference photos of yourselves, choose a wedding style, and we generate new wedding-themed images that resemble you. Outputs are AI-generated, always labelled as such, and are artistic interpretations — not photographs of real events.

2. Your responsibilities

• Only upload photos of yourself or people who have given you permission to create images of them.
• Do not upload photos of minors, public figures, or anyone who has not consented.
• Do not use FrameVow to create misleading content, impersonation, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction.

We suspend accounts that violate these rules; no refunds are issued in those cases.

3. Credits and payments

Generation consumes one credit per finished image. Free includes 3 credits. Starter provides 60 credits for a one-time payment of $9.90, and Wedding provides 150 credits for a one-time payment of $19.90. Studio is a $19.90 monthly subscription that includes 200 credits and can be cancelled anytime.

• Failed renders are refunded automatically — you are never charged for an image that was not produced.
• Free credits are for evaluation, have the same validity as paid credits, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Because credits are digital goods that are consumed instantly, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. If a purchase went wrong, email us — we are reasonable.

4. Ownership and licences

You own the renders you create, for personal use, worldwide and royalty-free. Paid plans additionally permit printed goods, invitations and social-media use. You may not resell the raw outputs as a competing AI photo service.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and grant us only the limited licence needed to process them for you.

5. AI disclaimers

AI generation is probabilistic. Renders may differ from expectations, may include artifacts, and may imperfectly preserve likeness. We provide the service "as is" and do not guarantee any particular resemblance, style fidelity or availability. If a generation fails technically, your credits are refunded; dissatisfaction with artistic results of a technically successful generation is not grounds for refund.

6. Availability

We target 99.5% monthly availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
